PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact condition setting support method or the like performing support such that setting work of a contact condition can be performed in a short time. SOLUTION: When a target model is developed inside a storage part 3 for work, a component movement processing part 4 selects an appropriate component, and moves the selected component to a movement direction arbitrarily selected from a plurality of preset movement directions by a preset movement dimension, an interference check part 5 detects presence/absence of interference between the moved component and each other component around it, and data of the other component are associated to data of the moved component and are made to be stored in a data storage part 2 when the interference is present. Such operation is repeated until the component is moved to all the predetermined movement directions to obtain combination information of all the other components interfering with the component.
