PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the sharing of a data file without requesting disclosure and reduce a user's burden for sharing the data file. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device 10 and 20 comprise a storage part 3 capable of registering a shared folder and sharing destination data of the shared folder, a communication part 1 for transmitting and receiving mail with the other communication terminal, and a control part 2 that, when new data is registered in the shared folder, sends the new data by attaching it to mail to the communication terminal of the registered sharing destination through the communication part 1.
