PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuning adjustment method of an NMR device capable of tuning an NMR probe without being influenced by a harmonic in a transmission system. SOLUTION: This method has a process for inputting a harmonic signal for NMR probe tuning operation comprising a fundamental wave formed in an NMR transmission system and its harmonic into an input/output terminal of the NMR probe, a process for detecting a reflected wave reflected by the input/output terminal at an input time by a detector, a process for dividing a reflected signal acquired from the detector into a fundamental wave component and its harmonic component by Fourier transform, and a process for performing tuning operation of the NMR probe so that the power of the reflected wave becomes minimum based on only a signal of the divided fundamental wave.
