PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize continuous stable evaporation without fluctuating an amount of liquid inflowing at a predetermined flow rate. SOLUTION: An evaporator 1 evaporates the liquid by heating a pipe 13 into which a predetermined liquid flows. The pipe 13 is formed in a spiral shape between its upstream portion 13a into which the liquid flows and its downstream portion 13b from which an evaporation gas evaporating from the liquid outflows. The pipe 13 has pieces of metal wool 13c received in its end portions at the upstream portion 13a and the downstream portion 13b, respectively, and has granular filler filled in the pieces of metal wool 13c in the pipe 13.
