PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow work for joining and removing two cylindrical pipe bodies 1, 2 neighboring each other via a sleeve 7 loosely fitted thereto with easy operation. SOLUTION: The pipe bodies 1, 2 are made to abut on each other at their meshing portions 3 formed at the ends with protruded portions 3a protruded in the axial direction and recessed portions 3b recessed in the axial direction. At this time, a sleeve 7 is inserted via an insertion groove 8 into a gap between engaging protruded pieces 6a, 6b protruded radially outward from the outer peripheries of the protruded portions 3a, produced in the axial direction of the pipe bodies. The sleeve 7 is turned a predetermined angle to shift phases between the insertion grove 8 and each of the engaging protruded pieces 6a, 6b, thereby surely preventing the separation of the two pipe bodies from each other in the axial direction. Furthermore, thrust protruded portions 9, 10 provided on both radial end faces 7a, 7b of the sleeve 7 are thrust against the end faces of the engaging protruded pieces 6a, 6b to actualize firm joint.
