PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump of which the height is set to be low, and in which the surface area and the movable range of the diaphragm are enlarged. SOLUTION: The pump has a drive member 1b driving a diaphragm 9 disposed in a pump chamber 12, and an actuator 1 having a shaft 1a operating the drive member 1b. Fluid is sucked into the pump chamber 12 and is discharged from the pump chamber 12 by the drive of the diaphragm 9. The diaphragm 9 is disposed so that a virtual line 13 connecting a first end part 9d out of two end parts positioned to be opposite to each other with respect to the diaphragm 9 with a second end part 9e separated from the first end part 9d, is inclined with respect to a movement direction of the shaft 1a of the actuator 1.
