PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath pipe holding tool easy in positioning work of a sheath pipe. SOLUTION: This sheath pipe holding tool holds the sheath pipe 3 in a predetermined position in a foundation forming form 5, by being installed in the foundation forming form 5 for placing concrete inside, for forming a foundation 1 of burying the sheath pipe 3 in a predetermined position for inserting an anchor member, and has a part to be positioned to leveling strings 101 and 110 for indicating a position of a module core of a building.
