PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly ensure sitting attitude and operability relative to a foot pedal respectively even when physique of a driver is varied. SOLUTION: The driving attitude adjustment device is provided with a seat position adjustment mechanism for adjusting installation height or the like of a seat cushion making relevant to forward/rearward movement of a driver's seat 1; and a floor lifting mechanism for lifting/driving a floor board 5 positioned at a foot side part of an occupant interlocking with adjustment action of front/rear position of the driver's seat 1. The seat position adjustment mechanism is constituted such that it is varied in a direction that an inclination angle of the seat cushion is reduced interlocking with action for moving the driver's seat from an intermediate position to a front side of the vehicle body. The floor lifting mechanism raises the floor board 5 corresponding to the front movement of the driver's seat 1 and is constituted so as to drive the floor board 5 based on the driving characteristic set such that a raising ratio of the floor board 5 is gradually reduced as the driver's seat 1 is moved from the intermediate position to the front side.
