PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly drive a pointer even when a parameter set value is changed in a large span forming a plurality of times of a changing unit in an operation unit for an on-vehicle air conditioner having a pointer type display device. SOLUTION: When a set value of a control parameter is varied at a total variation margin forming a plurality of times of an operation unit allowed in a setting input part 53, making a movement speed of the pointer 104 on a dial 101 converted from an average variation speed of the set value in the total variation margin as a reference pointer speed, movement drive of the pointer 104 corresponding to the changing margin is performed in the form that the pointer speed smaller than the reference pointer speed is set.
