PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular cargo room structure capable of rotating a partition member aroung a one-side part as well as holding the partition member in a standing state with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A front wall 24B of a floor deck box 24 is provided with a support member 30 for supporting a front part of a rotatable deck board 18. The front part of the deck board 18 is provided with a rotation guide part 34 for guiding the rotation of the deck board 18 by abutting to a tip 30A of the support member 30. A groove 50 is formed for allowing the deck board 18 standing to a predetermined rotation position to slide move to a cargo room underfloor side. The front part of the deck board 18 is provided with a slide guide part 36 for guiding the slide movements of the deck board 18 to the cargo room underfloor side by abutting to the tip 30A of the support member 30.
