PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular rotary seat capable of being miniaturized and reducing cost. SOLUTION: In a state of extending a seat body to the outside O of a vehicle interior, an opposite part 74 of a hook 71 which is separately formed abuts to an outward extending part 53 of a load receiving part 51 when a swivel lower 22 is elastically deformed. This can prevent the lift of a swivel upper and disperse a load on the swivel upper 33 to the swivel lower 22 via the opposite part 74 of the hook 71 and the outward extending part 53 of the load receiving part 51 on which the opposite part 74 abuts from below.
