PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying apparatus which can achieve exact gripping of a work piece by a movable body and avoid deterioration in takeoff accuracy of the work piece by preventing swing motion of the movable body gripping the work piece. SOLUTION: A molded article picking machine (conveying apparatus) 3 is attached freely movable in width direction by its extraction frame 4, to a traversing frame 2 held by a top face of a stationary platen 1, at a first position P1; subjected to three node holding on a molding machine bed 19 by a head end of the extraction frame 4, through a sub-frame 212, a traverse admission mechanism 23 and a support leg 24, at a second position P2 away from the first position P1 toward a mold opening and closing mechanism 18a; and held on the molding machine bed 19 by a base end of the extraction frame 4, through a sub-frame 22, a traverse admission mechanism 25 and a support leg 26, at a third position P2 away from the first position P1 toward an ejection mechanism 20a.
