PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a dust from leaking outside when taking out a dust collection bag from a vacuum cleaner and discarding the dust. SOLUTION: By covering an insertion port 36 by adhering the outer peripheral part of a stretchable sheet body 35 provided with a slit 38 on the peripheral part to the surroundings of the insertion port 36 having a support frame body 34 in the dust collection bag 31 and inserting a hose connection pipe 7 provided at the end of a sucking hose 6 into the insertion port 36 of the support frame body 34, a sucking opening 41 is formed by stretching the slit 38 by pressing the sheet body 35. By pulling out the hose connection pipe 7 from the insertion port 36 of the support frame body 34, the sucking opening 41 is returned to the slit 38 so as to cover the insertion port 36 so that the dust is prevented from leaking outside when taking out the dust collection bag 31 and discarding the dust.
