MANUAL RETAINER FOR OVERHEAD TRAVELLING SUSPENSION X-RAY TUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual retainer for an overhead travelling suspension X-ray tube, which prevents the displacement when regulating the movement of an X-ray tube and generating no unpleasant sound. SOLUTION: A regulation area setting section 69 sets a prescribed-range regulation area A1including a stop position A2of the X-ray tube 12, and a regulation force adjusting mechanism 81 starts the regulating operation of the movement of the X-ray tube 12 within the set regulation area A1at a height H other than the stop position A2, and variably adjusts the regulation force within the regulation area A1. The regulating operation of the movement of the X-ray tube 12 is started within the set regulation area A1at the height H other than the stop position A2and the regulation force is variably adjusted within the regulation area A1so as to stop the X-ray tube 12 at the stop position A2without any displacement due to inertia. The regulation force is variably adjusted within the regulation area A1and gradually applied thereto so as to scarcely generate the frictional sound and prevent the unpleasant sound.
