SOLUTION: An image 52 of a frame of a picture moved with respect to a picture being displayed on a monitor screen just with a direction and an amount corresponding to relative positional relation is displayed on a monitor screen 27a for monitoring a picture in a visual field so as to check the relative positional relation between a current picture ABCD and a picture A'B'C'D' photographed just before.
