<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium capable of holding high image density while improving ozone resistance of an image recorded, and a method for manufacturing it. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording medium has an ink receiving layer comprising an inorganic fine particle and a sulfur compound on a substrate, and the sulfur compound is incorporated much more in a half side near to the substrate than in a half side far from the substrate when the ink receiving layer is divided into two equal parts by a plane parallel to the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
