<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech signal processor of which the processing capability can be well demonstrated in speech signal processing, and to provide a speech signal processing method and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The speech signal processor 1 performs interpolation processing by any of filters 11 to 14 which are different in characteristics for the speech signal input from input sections A to C.
