<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vinegar drink suppressed in sour taste and irritating odor of acetic acid, having moderate viscosity and smoothness in the throat, easy to drink, and low stimulation to gastric mucosa. <P>SOLUTION: The vinegar drink contains preferably 0.01-10 pts.mass of β-glucan, based on 1 pt.mass of acetic acid, and more preferably, the content of β-glucan is 0.01-10 mass%, and the vinegar drink itself has moderate viscosity besides being suppressed in sour taste and irritating odor of acetic acid so that the drink gives a very smooth sensation in the throat and is easy to drink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
