<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium having a three-layered structure into which an IC tag is appropriately embedded by securing the thickness of a resin layer. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a game medium includes: the step of making a plurality of surface portions each composed of a metal material and including a circular portion having a through hole and pawl portions projecting from the circumference of the circular portion; the step of mountain-folding the projecting pawl portion, and further folding the mountain-folded pawl portion so as to have at least a part extending substantially parallel to the radial direction of the circular portion, a part extending in the normal line direction, and a part ahead of the folded tip, which is positioned inward from the folded tip; the step of concentrically disposing two surface portions so that the pawl portions are opposed to each other and inserting the IC tag and filling a resin material between the surface portions so that the resin material encloses the IC tag, after the folding step; the step of hardening the resin material filled into the through hole by applying pressure in a direction in which two surface portions come closer to each other; and the step of flushing the surface by removing the resin material protruded from the through hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
