<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve probe cleaning capability in an autosampler comprising a probe, a pump, and an opening and closing valve installed between them. <P>SOLUTION: In the autosampler 1 comprising the probe 12 fitted to the end of piping 20b, the pump 16 connected to piping 19 to supply a cleaning liquid F to the probe 12, and the opening and closing valve 13 installed in the middle of piping 19, 20a, 20b connecting the probe 12 and the pump 16, when cleaning of the probe 12 is carried out, the opening and closing valve 13 is opened after starting a cleaning liquid F supply operation of the pump 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
