<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump for paint pressure feed capable of inhibiting deformation and damage of packing even if the packing receives high pressure from paint, and improving the lifetime of the packing. <P>SOLUTION: The pump for paint pressure feed pressure-feeding paint by reciprocating movement of a plunger 7 in a cylinder 6 is provided with a housing 22 provided on an inner circumference surface of a cylinder 6, a U-packing 24 retained in the housing 22 and sealing a part between the cylinder 6 and the plunger 7, and a protection ring 25 retained in the housing 22 and supporting the U-packing 24 from a first pump chamber 9side (a reverse side of a side of the U-packing 24 receiving pressure from paint in the cylinder 6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
