<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner, recording not only the operation information when abnormality occurs but also the operation information before the abnormality occurs to analyze a cause of abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: A remote controller 11 is connected to an indoor unit 12. An outdoor unit 13 is provided with a microcomputer 14 to which operation information is always input, and a memory 15 for automatically recording the operation information in the occurrence of abnormality when operational abnormality occurs. The remote controller 11 is provided with a record command part 16 for manually outputting a record command for recording the operation information of the microcomputer 15 in the memory 15.
