PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute access to a file server from a terminal under public environment such as the Internet. SOLUTION: An individual ID, a communication program, and a window control program are set in a USB memory. By connecting the set USB memory to a use terminal, the communication program is automatically started to access the file server by use of an HTTP or HTTPS communication, and the individual ID of the USB memory setting is notified. The file server side receiving the notification specifies a use user by the individual ID, and notifies the terminal side about file server capacity and a file storage place to start a window on the terminal side. By moving/deleting a data icon to the started window, an upload/download of data is executed from the terminal side to the file server.
