PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting such that water hardly intrude into the indoor side and into the skeleton and the vertical frame can be firmly fixed. SOLUTION: This fitting comprises a lower frame installed at an opening allowing the inside and the outside of a building to communicate with each other and the vertical frame fixed to the lower frame. The lower frame has a recess having an upwardly opened open part, and a fixed member fixed to the portion on the outdoor side forming the recess from the outdoor side by using a fixing tool extending therethrough in the anticipated direction.
