PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boom installing adapter easily and surely connectable to a vehicle body, in a construction machine. SOLUTION: This boom installing adapter 1 has a body side boom intermediate hole 12 connected to a boom receiving hole 22 of the vehicle body 2 by a body side boom connecting shaft 32, a body side cylinder intermediate hole 13 connected to a cylinder receiving hole 23 of the vehicle body 2 by a body side cylinder connecting shaft 42, a boom side boom intermediate hole 14 connected to a boom installing hole 31 of a boom 3 by a boom side boom connecting shaft 33, and a cylinder side cylinder intermediate hole 15 connected to a cylinder installing hole 41 of a cylinder 4 by a cylinder side cylinder connecting shaft 43. In the boom installing adapter 1, the body side boom intermediate hole 12, the boom side boom intermediate hole 14 and the cylinder side cylinder intermediate hole 15, are directly arranged in an adapter bracket 11, and the body side cylinder intermediate hole 13 is arranged in a connection adjusting ring 5 installed on the adapter bracket 11.
