PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable hard-coating resin composition capable of forming a highly transparent hard-coating film (coating film) high in surface hardness, excellent in scratch resistance, low in curling tendency and developing no cracks. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable hard-coating resin composition comprises (A) a urethanation reaction product of (a) an isocyanurate compound and (b) a polyfunctional acrylate compound, (B) a polyfunctional acrylate and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. In this resin composition, (a) the isocyanurate compound is a hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer, (b) the polyfunctional acrylate compound is an esterified product of a polyhydric alcohol (c) and acrylic acid and has in the molecule one or two hydroxy group(s) and 3-11 acryloyl groups, and (B) the polyfunctional acrylate is such as to have 3-12 acryloyl groups with all of the hydroxy groups in a polyhydric alcohol (d) esterified by acrylic acid.
