PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing cosmetic having the spreadable sense of use on the application even when it comprises a humectant in combination, being excellent in cleansing and rinsing make-up stain and sebum stain, and retaining skin moisture after being rinsed off. SOLUTION: The cleansing cosmetic contains 0.01-50 mass% of ingredient (A), 0.01-30 mass% of ingredient (B), and 0.01-80 mass% of ingredient (C), in which the ingredient (A) is a polyalkylene glycol derivative represented by following formula (I): R<SP>1</SP>O-(AO)<SB>m</SB>-(CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>O)<SB>l</SB>-(AO)<SB>n</SB>-R<SP>2</SP>(wherein AO represents a 2-3C oxyalkylene group, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>each represents a 6-24C fatty acid residue or hydrocarbon group, or a hydrogen atom, the ratio of the hydrogen atoms is≤0.5, l represents an average addition mol number of an oxytetramethylene groups, and satisfies 1≤l≤40, m+n is an average addition mol number of the oxyalkylene groups, and satisfies 1≤m+n≤150, and further satisfies 0.02≤l/(m+n)≤1), (B) is a humectant, and (C) is an oily ingredient.
