PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide treatment or prophylaxis of C-type chronic hepatitis excellent in effect and having high safety. SOLUTION: A therapeutic or prophylactic pharmaceutical composition of C-type chronic hepatitis comprises a micro RNA controlling duplication of hepatitis C virus (HCV).
