PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle carrier capable of easily loading and unloading a vehicle without causing interference with a loading platform, even if the vehicle has a low height, by making an inclination angle of the loading platform to the ground surface very small. SOLUTION: This vehicle carrier 1 is provided with lift cylinder 5 and lift frame 3, the loading platform 4 slidably provided along the lift frame 3, and two slide cylinders 6a and 6b connected to each of a front part of the lift frame 3 and a rear part of the loading platform 4 by refractably connecting piston rods to each other via a connecting means. The loading platform 4 is moved to a rearmost part along the lift frame 3 by elongating operations of the slide cylinders 6a and 6b, and a front end part of the loading platform 4 is arranged at a rear end part of the lift frame 3. By an elongating operation of the lift cylinder 5, the inclination angle of the lift frame 3 is increased, and the inclination angle of the loading platform 4 to the ground surface is made smaller.
