PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high throughput screening system utilizing an yeast for shortening the time of screening and improving working efficiency. SOLUTION: This method for screening an agonist is provided. The method comprises a process of obtaining the yeast expressing a receptor and showing a randomized agonist candidate substance on the surface layer of a cell. and a process of detecting the yeast of which expressed agonist candidate substance binds with the receptor.
