A knurling apparatus is provided to set the apparatus easily and prevent position deviation of bases by moving slide blocks along slide grooves and installing knurling wheels whose diameters are narrower toward the lower side and whose outer peripheral surfaces are inclined. A knurling apparatus comprises a base block(100), slide blocks(200), and knurling wheels(300). The base block is arranged with more than two slide grooves(112) radially. The slide blocks are moved along the slide grooves. A plurality of knurling projections(310) are formed on outer peripheral surfaces of the knurling wheels. The knurling wheels are combined with the slide blocks to be rotated. The knurling wheels are formed with knurls on outer peripheral surfaces of bases during rotation. Outer peripheral surfaces of the knurling wheels are inclined toward the lower side. The base block includes first and second base blocks(110,120). A base projection(122) is formed on the second base block. A slide projection is formed at a lower surface of the slide block to be slid along the base projection.
