A tunnel safety management system is provided to prevent accidents by operating automatically if a worker enters a tunnel, and to warn or let out if a person or an animal approaches without permission. A tunnel safety management system includes a warning device(10) outputting warning sound by detecting if a train approaches a tunnel, and a control device(20) provided to the entrance or exit of the tunnel and connected to the warning device to control the warning device, wherein the warning device includes an RFID reader(21) making wireless communication with an RFID tag(1) and reading the data stored in the RFID tag, and a control unit(22) controlling the warning device according to the data of the RFID tag received by the RFID reader.
