<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent a coil spring of a ball-point pen tip incorporating the coil spring from coming off from the inside of the ball-point pen tip. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the ball-point pen tip in which the coil spring is set in a state where the distal end of the coil spring abuts on a ball directly or via another member by inserting the coil spring from the rear end opening portion of a ball holder 2 rotatably holding the ball with a part of the ball as an ink coating member protruding out from a distal end opening portion of an ink path hole and by caulking a rear end opening portion of the ball holder in a small diameter, a pushing portion with a smaller diameter than a caulking abutting portion 3d is formed in the rear end of the coil spring, the rear end of the ball holder is caulked into a predetermined caulking inner diameter while pushing the pushing portion by a pushing tool 4 having a pushing end with a smaller diameter than the opening diameter after caulking of the rear end of the ball holder, and thereafter the state where the pushing tool pushes the coil spring is released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
