<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image receiving sheet which has high density printing characteristics and has no defect in an image such as color omission of an image part, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the thermal transfer image receiving sheet having at least one heat insulating layer containing at least one hollow polymer on a substrate and at least one receiving layer containing at least one polymer latex comprises a process in which at least the heat insulating layer and the receiving layer are formed by applying simultaneously them one upon another, and a process in which the thermal transfer image receiving sheet is continuously cut, and the angle of the upper blade of the blade to be used when continuously cutting is 10-60°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
