<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom unit, effectively utilizable, by using a lead-in place of a pipe for installing a counter arranged around this lead-in place, by expanding a space in a bathroom, without being restricted by a shape of a size of a floor pan. <P>SOLUTION: This bathroom unit has an expansion panel 2 of overhanging a rising surface part 2b continuing with a lower end part 2a to the outside from a wall placing part 1a, by connecting the lower end part 2a to the wall placing part 1a of the floor pan 1.
