<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition which can be prevented from being surface-roughened and causing uneven drying after being applied and dried, and having excellent dissolution and evaporation properties. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition contains (A) a photopolymerizable compound, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) a colorant and (S) a solvent, wherein the solvent (S) contains (R) at least one slightly volatile solvent having a weight variation at 100°C of ≤10 TG% and a boiling point under atmospheric pressure of 200-250°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
