<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing members having an antireflection function, which is capable of easily processing a large area and of manufacturing an antireflection member of high precision. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the members having the antireflection function includes a step of forming needle-like crystal made of a nickel metal, a nickel-iron alloy, or a nickel-zinc alloy on a surface of a substrate and a step of transferring a fine rugged structure of the needle-like crystal formed on the substrate, to a surface of a resin material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
