<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-bag jacket capable of not making an inflator protrude outward from the jacket. <P>SOLUTION: The air-bag jacket is composed of a first part 11 and a second part 12, and is provided with a recessed part 13R cut upward from the bottom part of the second part 12 corresponding to the right side of a wearer's body when used. The recessed part 13R is provided with an attaching port 18, and the tip end (defuser case) 22 of an inflator 2 is inserted into the attaching port 18 and fastened with a band 3 from the outer periphery. In the second example, the tip end part of a cylindrical inflator 4 is latched to a tube-state protruding part 20 open downward at the center lower part of the second part with a first clamp 5, the inflator 4 is pushed into the tube-state protruding part 20 while inverting the tube-state protruding part, and thereafter the outer periphery of the inflator is fixedly bound over the inverse tube-state protruding part with a second clamp 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
