<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system of a rotary shelf for storing documents capable of performing the complete incoming and outgoing control of document information for each document file under centralized storage without mistake, and efficiently achieving the pickup work and the stock-taking work by considerably reducing the artificial work load required for the incoming and outgoing control. <P>SOLUTION: In the document management system 100 for performing the incoming and outgoing control of a desired document file F by turning a large number of rotary shelves 111 for storing documents in which document files F are under centralized storage, an RFID tag storing document information of the document file F is fitted to each document file F, and a fixed antenna 130 for receiving document information between the RFID tag of the document file F and itself is installed in a vicinity of a turning area of the rotary shelves 111 for storing documents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
