<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with a barrier which has ink repellency, suppresses sticking of colored liquid onto a barrier when the colored liquid is imparted, and holds wettability in a region to which the colored liquid between barriers is imparted. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate with the barrier includes a substrate and an ink repelling agent, and has the barrier which has a water contact angle of ≥60°, measured based upon a method described in JIS R3257, on a wall top surface. A droplet diameter at a part where the barrier is not formed on a substrate surface on the side of the substrate where the barrier is formed is ≥20 μm right after propylene glycol mono methyl ether monoacetate is dripped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
