<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing capable of reducing noise and vibration emitted from the bearing as well as a motor using the rolling bearing. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing 10 is configured so as to concentrically dispose an inner ring 2 including inner ring raceway surface 1 on outer peripheral surface and an outer ring 4 including outer ring raceway surface 3 on inner peripheral surface with each other and to retain a plurality of rolling elements 5 by using a retainer 20 between the inner and outer ring raceway surfaces. The retainer provides pockets at plural places in circumferential direction by forming its whole in circular annulus. The concave part of the retainer is provided with a first spherical concave part which is spherically formed on bottom side opposed to an opening, a second spherical concave part which is spherically formed on opening side and an axial cylindrical concave part which is cylindrically formed around rolling center of axis of balls between the first and second spherical concave parts. The rolling bearing is configured so as to provide a groove 9a which retains an O-ring 11 on at least one side of inner peripheral surface 8 of the inner ring and outer peripheral surface 9 of the outer ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
