<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a Cu-P alloy fine particle, a Cu-Sn alloy fine particle and a Cu-Sn-P alloy particle having suppressed dendrite formation by a reduction reaction in a liquid phase. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the copper alloy fine particle is carried out (1) by depositing the alloy fine particle comprising copper-phosphorus by a reduction reaction in a reduction reaction solution containing cupric pyrophosphate, alkali metal pyrophosphate and/or alkaline earth metal pyrophosphate and a dispersant, (2) by depositing the alloy fine particle comprising copper-tin alloy by a reduction reaction in a reduction reaction solution containing cupric pyrophosphate, stannous pyrophosphate and a dispersant and (3) by depositing the alloy fine particle comprising copper-tin-phosphorus by a reduction reaction in a reduction reaction solution containing cupric pyrophosphate, stannous pyrophosphate, an alkali metal pyrophosphate and/or an alkaline earth metal pyrophosphate and a dispersant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
