<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical guide capable of safely forming a hole for burying an implant and facilitating work of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: This surgical guide 10 is an appliance for fixing the attitude of the axis of a drill 90 relative to a jaw bone 51. The surgical guide 10 has a bone abutment section 20 abutting on the jaw bone 51 and a drill guide section 30 for retaining the drill 90. The bone abutment section 20 has a base section 21, and a plurality of needle-like bone abutment pieces 22a and 22b provided in the base section 21.
