<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively grasp resistance against an instantaneous voltage drop. <P>SOLUTION: A servo amplifier includes a motor output calculation part 13 for calculating output of a servo motor 8, an energy integration part 14 for integrating the motor output calculated by the motor output calculation part 13 at prescribed time intervals, an allowable-energy calculation part 19 for calculating allowable energy that represents excessive energy accumulated in a servo amplifier main circuit part 2 as a capability index value showing an energy supply capability within a prescribed period of time, and a comparison calculation part 18 that compares the allowable energy calculated by the allowable-energy calculation part 19 with energy integration output integrated by the energy integration part 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
