<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a user who receives the offer of a service by using his or her belongings from leaving those belongings. <P>SOLUTION: This service provision system includes a service providing device which offers a service by directly using user's belongings and a settlement device which settles the value of a service provided by the service providing device. The service providing device is provided with a decision means for deciding whether or not user's belongings are left; and a notification means for notifying the settlement device when deciding that the user's belongings are left.
