摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or the like capable of detecting highly sensitively a nucleic acid. <P>SOLUTION: An interaction is generated between adjacent cationic organic compound molecules, when organic compounds (cationic organic compound hereafter) having a cationic group and &pi;-conjugated planar structure on the same molecule are coupled on nucleic acid double chain structure, the cationic organic compound can be taken out onto a solid surface under the condition where a coupled state of the cationic organic compound with a nucleic acid double chain is maintained, by the fact that coupling and dissociation of the cationic organic compounds onto the nucleic acid double chain structure are shifted from an equilibrium relation to a coupling stable state, by the interaction, and a specific detecting method for the nucleic acid double chain by form measurement of conductivity measurement is thereby obtained in the present invention. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
