<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collagen tablet easily ingesting collagen in an amount expectable of a physiological activity with a small number of tablets and having good texture without sticking of the collagen to teeth or the interior of the oral cavity even when chewing and ingesting the tablet in the oral cavity. <P>SOLUTION: The collagen tablet comprises a water-insoluble calcium salt (A) having ≤50 μm average particle diameter and/or slightly water-soluble polysaccharides (B) having ≤100 μm average particle diameter.
