<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent printed matters from being fraudulently taken out by a third person other than an operator when the operator can not wait and leaves a device from generating bit map data until the printed matters are output up to now. <P>SOLUTION: A bit map data generating section 102f generates the bit map data of printing job data forming authentication printing job received from a superior device when it is detected that an IC card is loaded by an IC card detecting section 101a.
