PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiphase input abnormality monitor which can supply a load with power continuously in a range where there is no adverse effect in a power unit even in case that abnormality occurs in input. SOLUTION: The abnormality monitor is equipped with an input detecting circuit 21 which detects the abnormality of an input line 12, being provided in a power unit 1 which supplies a load 16 with a desired power by receiving the power supply from a multiphase AC input line 12, and a control circuit 17 which stops the output of the power unit 1 by the abnormality detection signal from this input detecting circuit 21. It is equipped with an output delay circuit 31 which outputs a stop command signal to the control circuit 17 when the abnormality detection signal from the input detecting circuit 21 continues for a first time T1 or over, and when the control circuit 17 receives the input of the stop command signal from this output delay circuit 31, it stops the output of the power unit 1 immediately.
