PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog signal processing circuit and an integrated circuit whose footprints can be reduced. SOLUTION: The analog signal processing circuit 1 activates an A/D converter circuit to perform A/D conversion process if an analog signal satisfies a predetermined criteria. The analog signal processing circuit 1 uses a capacity D/A converter circuit CDAC1 to generate a threshold for comparing with an analog input signal Vin. With the capacity D/A converter circuit CDAC1, a differential voltage of threshold is generated by dividing a power supply voltage Vdd. A magnitude relation of the threshold and the analog input signal Vin is determined by a comparator CMP2, and based on the determination, an A/D converter circuit ADC1 is activated.
